Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (local and session storage) works in a similar way. This page lists every one this site uses, what it's for and how long it lasts.

These are needed for parts of the site to work, so they can't be switched off here. They are only set when you use the feature they belong to.

tf_chat

Keeps you signed in to your project chat after you open it. Up to 1 year.

tf_has_chat

Tells the site to show the Chat link. Holds no personal data. Up to 1 year.

tf_acct

Keeps you signed in to your client account. Up to 30 days, or until you sign out.

tf_has_account

Tells the site to show the Account link. Holds no personal data. Same lifetime as tf_acct.

tf_rep

If you arrived through a link from one of our salespeople, this remembers their short code for 30 days so the sale is credited to them. It holds nothing else about you.

You can turn it off by choosing Essential only in the cookie notice, or any time here: cookie settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as “essential only” automatically.

tf:cookie-choice

Remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again. Local storage, until you clear it.

tf:lite

Switches on a lighter version of the site if your device struggles with the animations. Session storage, cleared when you close the tab.

• Stripe. When you pay, you go to Stripe's secure checkout page, which uses its own cookies under Stripe's privacy policy (opens in a new tab). We never see your card number.
• Cloudflare Turnstile. If we switch on spam protection for our forms, Cloudflare may use storage needed to tell people from bots (Cloudflare's privacy policy (opens in a new tab)).
• Plausible. If we switch on analytics, Plausible counts visits without cookies and without personal data.

No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no social media pixels. We never sell or rent your information.

Besides the cookie settings above, you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop the chat and client account from keeping you signed in.
