The short version
- The projects in our Work section are fictional concepts we built to show our craft.
- Prices shown are starting ranges, not quotes. Every project gets a written proposal.
- The site's design, code, text and brand belong to TrueFrame Studio.
- Client work is governed by its written agreement, not by these terms.
Using this website
These terms apply to your use of this website, run by TrueFrame Studio (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
You're welcome to browse, share links and get in touch. Please don't:
- use the site for anything unlawful or misleading;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
- send spam, automated submissions or abusive messages through the contact form.
Our content and brand
The site's design, code, text, graphics, the TrueFrame name and logo, and the concept projects shown here belong to TrueFrame Studio.
You may view them and share links to them. Please don't copy, reuse or present them as your own without our written permission.
Concept projects and demos
The projects in our Work section are concepts. They are fictional brands we created to show how we design and build. They are not real businesses or clients, and we don't claim results for them.
The live demos are provided as-is, for demonstration. Prices, products and features inside them are part of the fiction, and anything you enter in a demo isn't sent anywhere. We may change or remove demos at any time.
Prices and quotes
Prices on this website are suggested starting ranges, not offers or binding quotes. What a project costs depends on its scope.
Every project is set out in a written proposal or agreement that covers its scope, price, timeline, payments, revisions and ownership of the deliverables. Sending an inquiry doesn't create a contract, and if anything on this site differs from your written agreement, the agreement applies.
Inquiries
When you contact us, please give accurate details and leave out anything confidential until we've agreed how to handle it. How we use what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links and services
The site links to, and loads some files from, services we don't control, such as Google Fonts and Unsplash. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Disclaimer
We work to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but it's provided “as is” for general information. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or complete, and we may update, change or remove any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TrueFrame Studio isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law. Work we carry out for clients is governed by the written agreement for that project, not by these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date on this page. The version published here is the one that applies.
