02Beyond the tiers

Add-ons and custom quotes.

Add-ons are optional extras you can add to a tier. Bigger changes in scope are quoted on their own. Neither has a fixed price on this page: whatever you choose is itemised in your written quote before work starts.

What requires a custom quote

Every project gets a written quote. These can’t be priced from a tier alone, so they’re scoped individually and can take a project beyond its starting range.

  1. Sites well beyond the tier's pages

Larger sites need new templates, navigation and content planning, so they are scoped as a whole.

  2. Payments and larger stores

Big catalogs, subscriptions, inventory or custom checkout logic go beyond a simple store setup.

  3. User accounts and logins

Sign-up, sign-in, roles and private areas add security, data handling and testing work.

  4. Third-party integrations and APIs

Connecting to CRMs, payment providers or your own systems depends on each service involved.

  5. Data migration

Moving content, products or records out of an existing site or system needs its own plan.

  6. Licensing systems

License keys, activations and device limits are designed around how you sell your software.

  7. Custom 3D and advanced motion

Bespoke 3D models, scenes or animation beyond what your tier includes.

  8. Fixed or tight deadlines

A date that can't move is planned backwards into phases, milestones and review windows.

03How pricing works

Tiers start it. Scope prices it.

A tier is where a project starts, not a box to squeeze into. Your quote is put together from what the project actually needs. Here is how that happens, how revisions work, what you receive, and how payments are scheduled.

How a quote is put together

  1. 01

    Conversation

You tell us about the business, the goal and what you have in mind. The project form is a good place to start.

  2. 02

    Scope

We turn that into defined requirements: pages, features, integrations, and anything still to be decided.

  3. 03

    Estimate

Each piece of work is estimated on its own, so the total is built from parts you can see.

  4. 04

    Proposal

You receive a written quote and plan to review. Questions and adjustments are part of the conversation.

How revisions work

01Websites

  • Starter website2 revision rounds
  • Professional website3 revision rounds
  • Premium website4 revision rounds

02Software & Design

  • Custom software2 rounds per milestone
  • Advanced softwareReview and revisions at each milestone
  • UI/UX design2 revision rounds
  • What a round is

One consolidated set of feedback on a delivered design or build stage. Collecting comments into a single round keeps changes clear and the schedule predictable.

  • When rounds happen

Website and UI/UX rounds run across the whole project. Custom software is reviewed at each milestone, so feedback lands while it is still easy to act on.

  • Revisions vs. new scope

Changes to what has been delivered are revisions. New pages, features or integrations are new scope, and are added to your quote instead.

  • Need more rounds?

Additional revision rounds are an optional add-on. Ask for them up front or during the project, and they are added to your quote.

What you receive

  • Scope of work

What will be designed and built, written in plain language.

  • Itemised estimate

Costs broken down by deliverable, not one opaque number.

  • Proposed timeline

Phases and milestones from kickoff to launch.

  • Assumptions

What the quote is based on, and what it does not cover.

  • Next steps

What we need from you to get started.

How payments work

  • Set in your proposal

The payment schedule, amounts and due dates are written down before work starts, and shown again on each invoice.

  • Tied to milestones

Payments follow points in the project such as starting the project, design approval and launch.

  • Extra work, approved first

Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted and approved in writing before it is done.

Published prices are starting ranges, not quotes. Your proposal is the final word on cost and payment.

04Questions

Pricing, answered.

Something we haven't covered? Ask us directly and you'll get a straight answer.
  • No. They are suggested starting prices, not fixed market rates. Your quote is based on your actual requirements, and complex projects can cost substantially more.

  • Starter suits a simple presence, Professional suits most established businesses, and Premium is for immersive sites with advanced motion and 3D. For software, Custom Software covers focused tools and utilities, Advanced Software covers larger platforms, and UI/UX Design is for interface work on its own. If you're unsure, describe the project in your own words and we'll recommend the right route.

  • Every tier includes revision rounds. Starter Website: 2 revision rounds; Professional Business Website: 3 revision rounds; Premium Website: 4 revision rounds; Custom Software / Desktop Tools: 2 rounds per milestone; Advanced Software Development: review and revisions at each milestone; UI/UX Design: 2 revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on a delivered stage, which we then apply. If you need more, additional rounds can be added to your quote.

  • Add-ons are optional extras you can add to any tier they apply to, such as extra pages, copywriting, a logo, online store setup, booking, hosting and domain setup, ongoing maintenance, extra revision rounds or a priority timeline. They don't have fixed prices on this page. Each one you choose is itemised in your written quote, so you see its cost before work starts.

  • Anything a tier can't price on its own: sites well beyond the tier's pages, payments and larger stores, user accounts and logins, third-party integrations and APIs, data migration, licensing systems, custom 3D or advanced motion beyond the tier, and fixed or tight deadlines. These are scoped individually and can take a project beyond its starting range.

  • A short description of your business, what you would like built, any sites or tools you admire, and your ideal timeline. If you have a budget range in mind, sharing it helps us recommend the right scope.

  • Yes. We can redesign or rebuild an existing site, extend an application, or connect to the platforms you already use. We'll review what is there first and recommend the approach that makes sense. Moving content or data across is quoted as part of the scope.

  • Copywriting is an optional add-on. Tell us what you already have and where you need help, and the quote will list exactly what is covered.

  • It depends on scope. Your proposal includes a proposed timeline with phases and milestones, so you can plan around it before anything starts. If you need it sooner, a priority timeline can be added to your quote where availability allows.

  • You receive a handover of what you need to run the project. Ongoing maintenance and updates are available as an add-on, and new features can be scoped as their own piece of work.
