The short version
- We collect only what you type into the contact form, and use it only to reply and prepare a proposal.
- Inquiries are emailed to the studio's inbox. The website doesn't keep a database of them.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. We never sell or rent your information.
- Ask us anytime to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Overview
This policy explains how TrueFrame Studio (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit this website or contact us through it. We keep it simple: we collect what you choose to send us, use it to answer you, and nothing else.
It covers this website only. If we go on to work together, how we handle project material is set out in the written proposal or agreement for that project.
What we collect
The only personal information we ask for is what you enter in the contact form:
- Name
- So we know who we're talking to.
- So we can reply.
- Business name
- Optional. Context for your project; leave it blank if you like.
- Project type
- Which service or package you're asking about.
- Estimated budget
- So we can suggest a scope that fits.
- Timeline
- So we can plan when work could start.
- Project description
- What you'd like built, in your own words.
When you send the form, we add a reference number, the time it arrived and the page it was sent from, so we can keep track of the conversation.
We don't ask for payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information on this website. Please don't include them in your message.
How we use it
We use your inquiry only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
How inquiries are sent, stored and protected
- Encrypted in transit. The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type travels to our server encrypted.
- Checked on the server. Every field is validated before anything is sent, and malformed or oversized submissions are rejected.
- Delivered by email. Your inquiry is sent to the studio's inbox through an email delivery provider. That email is the record we work from.
- No inquiry database. The website itself doesn't keep a database of inquiries, so there is no stored list of visitors' details on the site.
No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect to the minimum and limit where it goes.
Spam protection
To keep automated spam out of the inbox, the contact form uses a few quiet checks:
- A hidden field that people never see. Bots tend to fill it in, and those messages are discarded.
- A minimum fill time. A form completed faster than a person could type it is turned away.
- A short-term limit on how many inquiries can be sent from one IP address. That count is held only in the server's temporary memory; it isn't written to a database or file.
- Only if we switch it on: Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification check that tells people from bots. If it's enabled, Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser information to run the check (Cloudflare's privacy policy (opens in a new tab)).
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to serve the site and keep it secure. Short-lived technical logs can include this information. You can read Netlify's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Fonts, photos and concept demos
The typefaces used across the main site are served from our own domain, not a third party.
Our concept case studies and the live concept demos load typefaces from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash. When you view those pages, your browser requests files from those services, so they receive your IP address and basic browser information. See Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab) and Unsplash's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Interactive features inside the demos, such as estimators, are illustrations. They don't send anything you enter to us or anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry only as long as we need it to answer you and for any project that follows. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us on (931) 628-4466(931) 628-1610 or email true.frame6@gmail.com.
We may need to confirm it's you before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights, and we'll respect them.
Children
This website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us details, contact us and we'll delete them.
Changes to this policy
If the way the site handles information changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. The version published here is the current one.
